Is Menista an Indian or international brand?
Both.
Menista’s tailoring roots and production are in Ludhiana, while the company operates internationally, is registered in the United States and serves a large customer base in the US, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia and other markets.
Where is Menista located?
Our physical market presence is in Chaura Bazaar, Ludhiana, Punjab.
Can I order a custom-size suit online?
Yes.
Choose Custom Size and our team will contact you for the required measurements.
I don't know how to measure myself. Is that a problem?
Not at all.
We guide you through it and may request measurement photographs to confirm that everything has been taken correctly.
Do I have to show my face in measurement photographs?
No.
You can crop or blur your face.
Can I customize the colour or design?
In many cases, yes.
Send us your reference or explain what you want and we will confirm what can be produced. Menista already accepts this type of customization through its international operation.
How long does production take?
Straightforward orders are generally targeted for approximately 2–5 working days after measurements and specifications are confirmed.
More complex orders can require additional time.
Do you offer COD?
Where available, yes.
Customized COD orders require the applicable ₹500 booking amount before production, which is adjusted against the final order value.
Can you make suits for an entire wedding party?
Yes.
Each person can have separate measurements while keeping the same design or fabric.
Can you ship the suit directly to my relative abroad?
Yes — and this is one of Menista’s strengths.
If you have relatives in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Australia or elsewhere, we can tailor in Ludhiana and ship directly to them.
Does international delivery take much longer?
Usually not.
International orders generally add only around 2–3 additional days compared with domestic shipping, depending on country, courier network and customs.

What if the suit needs alteration?
Contact us first.
Many Menista garments include alteration margins, so common fit adjustments can often be handled easily by a local tailor.
Do you accept exchanges?
Eligible exchange or replacement requests should be raised within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions vary between standard-size and personalized garments.
Can custom-made garments be returned?
Custom garments are made specifically to the customer’s measurements and therefore have different return conditions from ordinary ready-to-wear products.
However, your legal rights remain applicable if an item is defective, incorrect or materially different from what was agreed.
