Orders and product information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, availability, and pricing accurately. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where product information, availability, pricing, or payment details are inaccurate. We will contact you if a material correction or cancellation is required.

Custom and made-to-measure orders

Custom and made-to-measure garments are created from the measurements, style choices, and specifications confirmed for your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information. Once production or preparation has begun, changes and cancellations may be limited. See the Return and Refund Policy for remedies where an item is defective, wrong, affected by a Menista® production error, or materially different from the confirmed order.

Pricing and payment

Prices, delivery charges, taxes, and available payment methods are shown at checkout or communicated before dispatch. International orders may be subject to duties and charges imposed by the destination country unless expressly included.

Use of this website

You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with it, misuse our content, or attempt unauthorised access. Menista® may update these Terms and website content when appropriate.
