Menista Return and Refund Policy

We at Menista want you to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Here’s our return and refund policy, which outlines the conditions under which you can return, exchange, or request refunds for items purchased from us.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You receive the wrong item.

We will promptly assess the issue and resolve it as needed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you should return the product you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.

Cancellation Rights

Since most of our goods are customized or tailored, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please inform us via:

We will refund the full amount within 7 days using your original payment method.

Conditions for Replacements

Replacements are available if:

  • The customization or personalization wasn’t as per your request, size, or preference.
  • The item was purchased within the last 14 days.
  • The item is in its original packaging.

Items missing parts, accessories, or those that are damaged and cannot be restocked are not eligible for replacement.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the shipping costs and risk of returning items to us. Use a trackable and insured mail service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Send the items to the following address:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, the gift giver must contact us to initiate the return from the billing address. The refund will be processed to the original purchaser.

If the gift wasn’t marked during purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the item to themselves before gifting it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser upon receipt of the returned goods.
